Howard has been providing Septic and Civil Engineering Services to the Sussex County, Warren County, Passaic County, Morris County NJ marketplace for over 20 years and has completed well over 2000 projects. Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1985 and earned his PE license in 1996.
